[ but he's not thrilled. he's aware that this is jason's life and jason deals with danger. that's why kyle hasn't said anything about it.

you know what, kyle doesn't dignify that with a response. instead he flies by jason's safehouse through the window. ]

[ Tim is in what used to be a bedroom and is now the tech room. He checks to see what the noise is and nods before re-arming the contact sensors on the windows and doors. ]

I don't have an update. Jason sent a data dump, which likely doesn't mean anything good and hopefully means he threw the device in an incinerator afterwards. Tony Stark told me Jason had been captured shortly after. I haven't heard from Jay since - and won't unless he finds a safe phone to reach out to my personal phone.

[ kyle pauses for a moment. ]

So he's imprisoned in Arcadia?

[ Tim’s head whips towards Kyle. ]

He went to Arcadia solo?

He said he was investigating the cult. I assume that meant going in and out of the place.

[ Tim rolls his eyes towards under his mask and mumbles something that certainly sounds like “why am I surprised?” ]

So much for staying under the radar. We have to get him out.

And who is we in this scenario? There's like a million of you now.

We’re like the Green Lantern Corps that way.

[ Tim shakes a phone in one hand and points to his earpiece. ]

You. Me. Nightwing. Tony Stark. I can pull in others easily - Guardian, Kid Flash, possibly Prodigy. But I don’t want to get them tangled up in this mess if it can be avoided.

[ They’re already in vulnerable positions. ]

Anyone you want to call in?

[ that's a lot already. and they're better suited for a jailbreak than kyle is.

He’s young and doesn’t know any of us. That doesn’t mean he wouldn’t help, but I’m thinking past the break in to the break out.

[ A pissed off, cooped up Jason is going to want to bust some heads. It’s not the time for Bruce and Jason to get into a pissing contest. ]

I think he’d be more of a distraction than an asset.
